Educational Qualification Requirements
For Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Plant Breeding, Agricultural Statistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Application or an equivalent discipline.
- Candidates with 3+2 years of bachelor’s degree must have NET qualification and at least 2 years of research experience.
- Desirable expertise includes:
- Statistical & computational genomics
- Programming languages such as R, LINUX, Perl, Java, PHP, JSP
- Use of research and analytical software tools
For Project Assistant
- B.Sc in Life Science
OR - Diploma in Engineering & Technology / Computer / IT
- Desirable experience:
- Field data collection and handling
- Software-based data processing
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, data handling tools
